The client required a solution to upgrade existing sports lighting to LED for the local community. The lighting needed meet 100 Lux average illumination. The field is close to residential areas, requiring strict control of obtrusive light spillage. Photometric modeling undertaken by Lumitex identified a combination of lens configurations were required to meet the applicable Standard. The installation was subsequently tested to confirm Standards were met, resulting in another group of satisfied stakeholders.
